Price above is a deposit to gather pricing and put together your build budget. The Hybrid fee will be based on location, complexity and Freestone involvement if you decide to move forward. You also have the option to continue with our Monthly Coaching after receiving your build budget.

The Hybrid consulting fee is based on plan size, location and complexity, but ranges between $6-$10/sqft
You will need to secure financing, pay all of the subcontractors and suppliers directly, sign off on bids, coordinate and schedule with the trades post framing and save some serious cash.
