Beginning Steps
Each project is unique, which is why we want to get to know you and your vision. That way we can get pricing together so that you can then decide how YOU want to build.
Step 1: Build Process
Onboarding
During the onboarding process, you will gain access to our mobile app where we will gather information, ask questions, review plans and prepare your build to be sent out for bidding.
Step 2: Owner Build Hybrid Process
Bidding & Pre-Construction
This is where we will prepare your build scope, gather bids and finalize your build cost breakdown for you to review. This will be key when working through bank financing and working towards groundbreaking.

Hey there, my name is Nick! I have been in the building & remodeling world for over a decade and have been fortunate enough to gain experience on a wide variety of projects. I have worked on extensive remodels, additions, starter homes and luxury custom homes. My passion and fulfillment comes from educating and working closely with each homeowner to work towards the best build experience possible.
Our goal is to help bridge the gap between homeowner and home building by educating and working closely together. We still believe that you can build a quality home, do it on budget and enjoy the process! We have learned the dos and don’ts over the course of the last decade and love being able to share that experience while seeing it have a direct impact on projects all over!

Do you have lenders you work with?
Yes! Depending on the type of project, we have lenders we can refer you to. Each project is unique, so getting the right lender is key.
Do you have architects you work with?
Sure do! Depending on the type of project, we will refer you to our favorite architects and draftsmen that we have worked with.
What is the cost per foot to build?
Oh boy.. the million dollar question. It all comes down to finishes, location, size and so much more. However, we have seen that $225-$295/sqft is a good starting point!
Where should I start?
Find the right team and have them work together from the beginning. Having the right builder, lender, architect and other team members involved from the beginning can help save loads of time, money and headache.
