How much is it to get started?
$3,500 is the Kickoff payment
What is included in the Kickoff payment?
- Work with you and your architect to help get plans finished along with provide plan reviews along the way to point out potential hurdles or savings
- Prepare your build budget with scope breakdown
- Work with lenders to finalize the construction loan
- Portal access for collaboration and to begin organizing ideas
- Finalize Owner Build Hybrid contract in order to access full portal features and items below

What if I need financing?
If you are needing an Owner Build construction loan, the "Add-on options" may be required by your lender. We do have lenders we recommend that specialize in Owner Build construction loans.

Great question! Below are the trades that we will be getting bids from. For the others, such as cabinets and flooring, we will review those as they are requested since they are going to be based on your specifications.

How much is the Hybrid Build model?
The base plan is $499/month, with a 3 month minimum, for the continued coaching and access to all of the items listed in "What is included in the Hybrid Build?"
If you would like for us to provide on-site management or additional site visits, this is priced by job and is based on size, location, complexity of the project as well as the level of involvement you would like from us.
