Do you have architects you work with?
Sure do! Depending on the type of project, we will refer you to our favorite architects and draftsmen that we have worked with.
What is the cost per foot to build?
Oh boy.. the million dollar question. It all comes down to finishes, location, size and so much more. However, we have seen that $225-$295/sqft is a good starting point!
Where should I start?
Find the right team and have them work together from the beginning. Having the right builder, lender, architect and other team members involved from the beginning can help save loads of time, money and headache.
