We created this Home Build Calculator & Scope to help you out a bit. It is based on the same breakdown that we work with as a builder so that you can see what questions might come up, where you could cut back on and other things that might get easily overlooked.
You are able to plug in a few plan details and then the calculator will generate approximate quantities and pricing based on historical data.
There are also a few areas in yellow where allowances can be adjusted for things such as flooring, cabinets, fixtures and other finishes so that you can decide how much you want to spend in certain areas.
Once completed, you and your builder will be better aligned and ready to get started!

This is a non-refundable deposit that will go towards plan reviews, preparing your build budget, assistance in obtaining owner build construction financing and opening up your portal.
Below are the trades that we will be requesting bids from. For others, such as cabinets and flooring, we will review those as requested since they will be based on your specifications.

The Hybrid consulting fee is based on plan size, location and complexity, but ranges between $6-$10/sqft
You will need to secure financing, pay all of the subcontractors and suppliers directly, sign off on bids, coordinate and schedule with the trades post framing and save some serious cash.
