Upon purchase, you will receive a 22 page breakdown of common warranties and workmanship standards broken down by trade. You will see what is included as well as what is not included. As a bonus, we have added routine maintenance that should be completed on your home monthly, every year and every other year.
It is the responsibility of the homeowner and/or contractor to verify all warranties and workmanship standards that are held by the contractors and required by your state and local governing municipality. The information provided below are guidelines only.

This is a non-refundable deposit that will go towards plan reviews, preparing your build budget, assistance in obtaining owner build construction financing and opening up your portal.

The Hybrid consulting fee is based on plan size, location and complexity, but ranges between $6-$10/sqft
You will need to secure financing, pay all of the subcontractors and suppliers directly, sign off on bids, coordinate and schedule with the trades post framing and save some serious cash.
